A whole sensory experience

• Freshly made orange, green or seasonal fruit juice. (To choose 1 option)

• Symphony of seasonal fruits: fruit with yogurt, prepared with cocoa and chia, sprinkled with granola, amaranth, piloncillo with cinnamon tiles and orange.

• Traditional bread from the region: piggies, cupcakes and sweet village bread.

• House fruit jam made with cinnamon, cloves and bay leaf.

• Pot coffee, Americano, Cappuccino or Artisanal chocolate. (To choose 1 option)

• Michoacán specialties. (To choose 1 option):

- Huevos de Rancho: Authentic ranch gordita stuffed with beans made by Red Tsiri, topped with xanducata chili and spices with 2 poached eggs with a touch of chorizo and cheese.

- Chipotle Omelette: Toasted bread with thin slices of avocado, under a spinach and mint omelette, topped with creamy chipotle sauce and finished with arugula.


- Omelette Moreliano: Excellent light option with a touch of huitlacoche topped with chili sauce.

- Huetamo Eggs: Scrambled eggs in chimpa, Pipian from Tierra Caliente, over a bean sauce.

- Casino Eggs: Enfrijoladas stuffed with Mexican style eggs, sprinkled with Cotija cheese, chili and cream.

- Chilaquiles:Red or green sauce, or with atápakua. Purépecha recipe of delicious chili peppers and spices.

- Chilaquiles from Tierra Caliente: Crunchy black chilaquiles with chamorro, cooked over low heat, onion, cilantro, cheese and cream.

- Scrambled, fried or omelette eggs: Two eggs and a choice of ingredient: ham, bacon, cheese, mushrooms or spinach.
